Application of C18150 in Electrode Welding

Chromium zirconium copper has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness, wear resistance, explosion resistance, crack resistance and high softening temperature, less electrode loss during welding, fast welding speed, and low total welding cost. It is suitable for use as an electrode for fusion welding machines. For pipe fittings, but for electroplated workpieces, the performance is average.
It has excellent electrical conductivity and good tempering resistance, good uprightness, and the sheet is not easy to bend. It is a very good material processing electrode.

Application: This product is widely used in various materials for welding, contact tip, switch contact, die block, welding machine auxiliary device in automobile, motorcycle, barrel (can) and other machinery manufacturing industries.

Quality requirements:

1. The eddy current conductivity meter is used for conductivity measurement, and the average value of three points is ≥44MS/M

2. The hardness is based on Rockwell hardness standard, take the average of three points ≥78HRB

3. Softening temperature test, after the furnace temperature is kept at 550 °C for two hours, the hardness cannot be reduced by more than 15% compared with the original hardness after quenching water cooling

Physical index: hardness: >75HRB, conductivity: >75%IACS, softening temperature: 550℃

The tensile strength is (δb/MPa): 540-640, the hardness is HRB: 78-88, HV: 160-185.
